Shipping Information

If your item is in stock, we will ship it within 7 business days. If your item needs to be created from scratch, we are at the mercy of the kiln. Most shipments for fresh-outta-kiln orders are made within 14 business days, but could take up to 1 month.  

USPS First Class — $5 flat rate per order.
Free Shipping — Shipping is on the house for any orders over $75. Please use discount code “NOSHIP” on qualifying orders.

Rush Orders — Rush orders are managed case-by-case, but typically not available during high demand months like February and December. Please email us with any rush order requests and we will do our best to accommodate.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We will refund or exchange any item if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. In some cases you may have to pay shipping. Please email us for assistance. Important note: no two pieces will be exactly the same. Handle your EARTHENjoy piece with care due to the fragile nature of ceramics.
